Course Description:

We are all facing challenges, every day, in our work and our private lives. Coming up with original solutions and solving problems is a key skill for success and fulfillment – but it‘s not like we can simply press a button and make it rain ideas. There are, however, tools and principles we can use to better grasp the challenges we face, generate ideas and implement them – on our own as well as with colleagues and friends. We will practice these tools on real-life challenges, reflect on it and transfer it to each and everyone‘s individual situation.

  • Creative thinking
  • Problem solving
  • Creative facilitation
Teaching methods:

We will rely on a mix of digital and physical presentation, group work, breakouts and reflective sessions.

Daniel Barth

Daniel Barth has been accompanying companies of different industries and sizes in their search for more creativity, innovation, agility and self-organization since 2013. Originally trained as a cultural scientist at the LMU Munich and in China, he still draws on this experience when working on innovation and work culture in companies. After graduating, he came into contact with methods of the new world of work via the start-up scene. Since then, he has continued his education on a regular basis, but always retains a healthy dose of skepticism about new trends and hypes in order to separate the wheat from the chaff as quickly as possible. It is precisely with this pragmatism that he approaches his work for and with clients.
