Link with TUM-ID
It is now possible to log in to DocGS with your TUM ID. In order to be able to do so, you need to link your DocGS account with your TUM. Please enter your TUM ID as well as your TUM email address here. Make sure that you use the correct format. After submitting the form, you will receive an email to the given address containing a verification link. Click on the link to confirm your TUM ID in DocGS.

Are you sure you don't have a TUM-ID? If you are or were a student or an employee at TUM, you were assigned a TUM-ID. If you forgot your TUM-ID please contact the IT Support (it-support@tum.de)If you don't have a TUM-ID and would like to have one, you can apply for one at the secretary of the chair of your supervisor.
Due to the digitalization of the administration of the doctoral process, you can now arrange important matters via DocGS. In order for you to be able to use these more efficient processes, we need to verify your account, which is possible through linking it with your TUM ID
Logging in using your TUM ID will become the standard procedure in DocGS. To use all functions of DocGS, it is highly recommended to switch to the login with TUM ID.
