We are all facing challenges, every day, in our work and our private lives. Coming up with original solutions and solving problems is a key skill for success and fulfillment – but it‘s not like we can simply press a button and make it rain ideas. There are, however, tools and principles we can use to better grasp the challenges we face, generate ideas and implement them – on our own as well as with colleagues and friends. We will practice these tools on real-life challenges, reflect on it and transfer it to each and everyone‘s individual situation.
- Creative thinking
- Problem solving
- Creative facilitation
We will rely on a mix of digital and physical presentation, group work, breakouts and reflective sessions.

Nadine Krauss is a consultant, coach, speaker and author in the fields of innovation, creativity, self-organization, agility, and the development of organisations, teams as well as individuals. She supports organizations to boost their innovative power, changing structures, improving cooperation and developing a culture of innovation. She often builds bridges between different worlds. As a fully qualified lawyer, she knows and respects the clear-cut structures of the traditional business world, but through her work she also speaks the language of New Work. She enjoys introducing new approaches, ideas, and concepts with empathy and purpose. The aspects of team dynamics are of special importance to her. Using systemic approaches and tools of awareness and mindfulness to increase self-reflection and a deeper understanding of interaction in the team, she in turn creates the foundation for true collaboration
