Course Description:

Get more done in the same time

Are you ready to take your productivity to the next level? As a scientist driven by curiosity and passion, it's essential to focus on what truly matters—your research. However, day-to-day distractions often sabotage this drive: paperwork, waiting for equipment/time/people, or getting assignments unrelated to your project.

Join us for a workshop designed to equip you with the tools and strategies needed to reduce distractions and optimize your productivity.

In the course of the workshop, we will focus on how to get back to the essentials:

  • Prioritizing (Pareto and Eisenhower)
  • Automating time-consuming processes
  • AI tools in research
  • Delegating correctly to save time
