Course 5: Managing International Projects

In our days research & development projects are international endeavours. Researchers from institutes all over the world are working together to solve complex and demanding research problems, publishing joint papers, and preparing poster sessions for international conferences.

In this course, you will learn:
(i) how to structure and plan your thesis as a project using international accepted tools and techniques.
(ii) terms used in international project management.
(iii) how to communicate efficiently with colleagues and fellows abroad using modern collaboration tools.
