This seminar provides you with a toolbox for convincing others with confidence on the one hand, and for responding to objections and personal attacks in a quick-witted and clever way on the other.

  • Arguing convincingly - even in critical situations
  • Identify your own stress patterns and personal trigger points and learn how to deal with them
  • Develop strategies to assert yourself in meetings and conversations
  • Explore beliefs and barriers to assertiveness
  • Strategies for not taking things so personally
  • Prepare conversations well and conduct them in a targeted manner
  • Examine body language and its effect on others
