The typical situation for doctoral candidates working in complex environments means: being responsible for a project result and relying on partners without any power to direct them. It means leading without being the boss. In order to achieve results, they have to be self confident and manage themselves. They also have to have socio-communicative skills and management skills. All of those will be adressed and trained in the seminar.
- On a personal level: self confidence in responsible positions
- On the level on management skills: certainty in applying adequate methods in meetings and workshops
- On the level of social and communication skills: knowing how to engage, empower and align people in complex work situations for valueable goals

I am passionate about healthy leadership. When I am not leading courses or coach individuals I am involved in change management projects in differents contexts. In my time off I love to sail in the Mediterranean Sea.
