Course Description: 

This seminar is designed to help you to improve your self- and time-management to master and control your work load instead of being controlled by it. The key to a more structured and organized work day is to become aware of your personal patterns, strengths, potentials and to set priorities. 

In this seminar you will reflect your goals and define your individual time thieves that make it hard to stick to your priorities. By attending this seminar you will get ideas that help you to better structure your work day and efficiently deal with tasks.

In individual and group work you will develop concepts suitable for your individual cases and best suited to your style of working and your targets. You will also concentrate on measures to improve your own Work-Life-Balance and find a way to transfer the results into your individual everyday life.

Teaching methods: 

Theoretical content, video clips, single- and group exercises, working on individual issues, working style model with questionnaire, exchange of insights and discussion on experiences in groups and in plenum, peer consulting.

Thomas Benischke

Thomas Benischke studierte Wirtschaftspädagogik an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in München und am City College of New York City. Er hat in unterschiedlichen amerikanischen und deutschen Unternehmen gearbeitet, zuletzt als Trainer und Coach für Führungskräfteentwicklung. Seit 2003 ist er selbstständiger Trainer und Coach für Führungs- und Fachkräfte in unterschiedlichen Branchen mit den Schwerpunkten Führung, Konfliktmanagement, Teamentwicklung, Assessment und Moderation. Er ist zertifizierter Transaktionsanalytiker (CTA) und Systemischer Berater. Darüber hinaus ist er zertifiziert für CWQ3 – Culture in the Workplace Questionnaire TM (Interkulturelle Kommunikation) und Psychologischer Kinesiologie.
