Course Description: 

This seminar is designed to help you to improve your self- and time-management to master and control your work load instead of being controlled by it. The key to a more structured and organized work day is to become aware of your personal patterns, strengths, potentials and to set priorities. 

In this seminar you will reflect your goals and define your individual time thieves that makes it hard, to stick to your priorities. By attending this seminar you will get ideas that help you to better structure your work day and efficiently deal with tasks.

In individual and group work you will develop concepts suitable for your individual cases and best suited to your style of working and your targets. You will also concentrate on measures to improve your own Work-Life-Balance and find a way to transfer the results into your individual everyday life.

Thomas Benischke

Thomas Benischke studied business education and English at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and at the City College of New York City. After graduating, he worked as a trainer and coach for leadership development in an international company. He completed several advanced trainings such as Systemic Consulting, Systemic Constellation and Transactional Analysis. As a freelance coach and trainer, he now focuses on leadership assessment and development, self- and conflict management, presentation and facilitation.
