Introduction to the course topics:
Exciting new findings are the core of every research and doctorate. Often, however, these findings are the result of solving many challenges first. Luckily there are tools that will help you tackle problems, come up with creative solutions and take steps forward. This comprises the first part of the workshop – to enable you to solve problems not only in work but also in your private life.
The second part then focusses on learning how to connect innovative ideas with societal impact. What if your ideas could be more than a published paper? What if it could actually change the world by becoming a successful company? What if your research could be the start of a new BioNTech? Learn what your first steps in that directions could be and where you can get the support you might need.
Course aims:
- Creative Problem Solving

- Entrepreneurship 101
Teaching Methods: Input via presentations, group work, reflection
Technical requirements: Laptops with internet connection
