Our world of work changes rapidly, especially in the context of digitization and globalization. The so-called New World of Work provides new challenges but also great chances. If you can make your skills and achievements visible!
For most of us, self-marketing is a big step out of our comfort zone, but also the most successful way to develop our careers. A personal brand is the key to an authentic, confident and successful communication on own behalf. Clarity about the following topics will help you to build your personal brand and gain self-confidence:
- What are your topic(s), interests and passion?
- Which are your strengths and values?
- What is your goal?
- What is your USP (unique selling point)?
- Who are your target groups and how do you reach them?
On this basis we
- Define your personal brand
- Create and practice your elevator pitch, which helps you get your message across when it matters
- Develop a „first-steps-plan“ which helps you to implement your personal brand right away

About the trainer:
Barbara von Graeve works in media and marketing since the beginning of her career. After several positions in publishing companies and advertising- and PR-agencies, she settled at the marketing magazine “Werben & Verkaufen”. She soon became head of events and turned the division from a cost- to a profit-center. Because she was wondering why so many women were working at the company and still most of the leading positions where occupied by men, she founded the “W&V women network” for women in the media and marketing industry. Today Barbara is a member of the Frauen-Karriere-Index team and she is publisher at the Marie von Mallwitz Verlag that focuses on books and products for women in business.
