Collaboration and Negotiation (Workshop for Women) (online)

The rapid change of our world of work demands new concepts for our daily work as well as new strategies for a successful career. Collaboration seems to be a key-factor for both. It is much more than teamwork, it is interdisciplinary, inter-hierarchical, temporary and pragmatic.

What does this mean for a successful career in the New World of Work? What kind of skills are needed? How do you set your goals? In this workshop we will identify the negotiation strategies you need to defend your own interests and reach your personal goals in a collaborative environment.
