Course Description:
This workshop will enable you to inspire and convince different audiences of your research. Through well chosen methods such as storytelling, you will learn how to create an audience-oriented story of your project which helps you to spark your listeners’ interest, and to successfully convey the relevancy of your research. We´ll also have a look at the scientific psychological background of communication.
With Rapid Prototyping - and yes, this is also online possible - you can transfer any theoretical or complex topic into a tangible visualization (prototype). This makes fundamental research comprehensible and accessible for your listeners – also outside the scientific community.
Your benefits:
- Use the narrative method Storytelling and the Golden circle of Simon Sinek to spark interest and to convince your target audiences
- Learn how to use the method Rapid Prototyping to easily communicate your research ideas
