Intercultural challenges are becoming a matter of course in daily academic life. Success in an increasingly global environment strongly depends on the individual’s ability to deal with different nationalities, mindsets and ways of working – be it in Germany or abroad.

The 2-day seminar provides you with insights and tools to manoeuver the hidden pitfalls of work across cultures. The result will be a more conscious and better way to deal with the ‘strange‘ or different behavior of superiors, colleagues, employees, peers or students and consciously work with it in daily academic life.

Methods:

The contents of the training will be dealt with in an easy, fun and interactive form: group activities, audio and visual input, laughter, fun, (self) reflection, critical incidents exchange of experience, moderated discussions and analysis of best practice examples.

Trainer:

Andreas Hauser studied, travelled, lived and worked in more than 90 countries across the globe. As an intercultural trainer and coach, he has a record of preparing over 9.000 participants for intercultural challenges world-wide, both in business and academic fields. In his inspiring training work, he builds a bridge between German value system and international culture dynamics.
