The aim of this course is to introduce unexperienced users to the R programming language. At the end of the course, trainees should be able to process simple datasets, to run statistical analyses and to produce suitable graphical representations. The target audience is cell biology students with no prior coding experience.

A laptop with R (4.5.2) and R Studio (2026.01.0+392) installed is required for this course

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Chair of Plant Cell Biology. My research focuses on membrane-based processes during plant immune responses. I use R daily for data processing and aim to provide students with practical, ready-to-use principles to help them kick-start their research.
