Course Description: 

The aim of this course is to introduce unexperienced users to the R programming language. At the end of the course, trainees should be able to process simple datasets, to run statistical analyses and to produce suitable graphical representations. The target audience is cell biology students with no prior coding experience.

Course aims: 

 Data formatting, import and manipulation
Analysis, including statistics 
Graphical representation
Data organization and FAIR data management

Teaching methods: 

Presentation of R basics
Take-home cheat-sheets and tutorials
Small exercises with real-life datasets
