Exclusively for women. This course fits for you if you're a female doctoral candidate who wants to grow as an authentic, human-centered leader and build a supportive network of peers, with a focus on raising your awareness of leadership growth rather than deep theoretical models.
Laptop/tablet with stable internet connection, microphone, webcam, Zoom (in most cases).
To ensure time for interactivity during the workshop, all participants have to prepare online course material in advance. The tasks will be sent 3-5 days beforehand, preparation time is about 45-60 min.
