Identify your strengths and showcase them with confidence
Doctoral candidates are often not fully aware of the skills and competencies they possess. However, being able to articulate these competencies is essential for successful job applications both within and outside of academia.
Based on the methods of the Kompetenzenbilanz® (Competency Profile), this intensive group coaching enables participants to identify their individual strengths and learn how to present them effectively — especially to employers outside the university context.
- Identify and analyze your own competencies
- Create a comprehensive personal competency profile
- Match your competencies to job requirements and present them effectively in applications
