In this advanced R course you will improve your skills of using R and doing statistical analysis in 3 selected topics. This course builds on the knowledge you have from the Basic R Course. So you need to be familiar with R, with the basic statistics and the statistical methods provided in the Basic R Course.
The topics of this advanced course will be selected based on the needs of the participants. Topics could be
- Generating advanced graphics with the package ggplot2 with R
- Generating reports of the analysis and the results with R
- Linear mixed models with R
- Factor analysis with R (exploratory or confirmatory)
- Structure equation models with R
- Cluster analysis with R
The course consists of 4 online meetings (each about 1.5 hours). The first 3 meetings start with a Q&A part about the last topic and the exercises followed by an input with the new topic. The last meeting is a final Q&A session. Between the appointments you will have to work on exercises on your own.

Participation in the Basic R course or good knowledge of the basics in R, RStudio and statistical methods.
PC, laptop with R and RStudio installed (open source); internet access
