Beschreibung Kursinhalt: 

To be successful as a doctoral student, you need one thing above all: that you are doing well. But most of the time we totally neglect ourselves during this time. Whether writing the dissertation, planning and conducting experiments or supervising students - everything is (more) important and (more) urgent. But trying to manage the doctoral marathon at sprint pace comes at the expense of your own health and productivity. In this training, you'll (re)focus on what's important, strengthen your energy sources, and learn strategies for managing stress. In addition to techniques and tools to manage your work efficiently and set priorities, the main focus will be on taking a look at yourself and saying yes to yourself instead of just to others.

Nadine Schneider

Nadine Schneider studied psychology (M.Sc.) at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg and trained as a systemic consultant at the same time. She currently works as a consultant. Trainer and Coach at system worx, a consultancy for human resources, organizational and cultural development in Munich. Her main areas of expertise are conflict management, leadership and team development, support for change processes and training in the areas of communication as well as health and stress management. She works with different target groups such as young professionals, doctoral students, employees and managers. At TUM GS she gives trainings on work-life balance and job application preparation.
