Introduction to the course topics:
As a doctoral candidate the percentage of time you spend working will be high, leading to less free time of a day or week, and life might seem like one long work day after another. During these times it`s important for you to know what drains and fuels you. To understand your personal causes of imbalance and stress and what to do against it. You will assess your current work-life balance, roles and responsibilities. You will learn different methods for time management, to set boundaries and to cope with stress.

Nadine Schneider did her Master’s degree in Psychology at the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. After working in global HR development for a international company she started working for system worx (an HR and Change Management consultancy located in Munich) as a consultant and trainer. She focuses on conflict management, team development, change process support and trainings in communication as well as health and stress management.
