Introduction to the course topics:
The highly interactive workshop “All Women – Be Entrepreneurial!” focuses specifically on women gaining self-awareness, seeking greater self-knowledge & discovery and looking for further career options.
We want to inspire you to “Drive your Life” by developing your entrepreneurial mindset. In our hands-on approach, you will design your own "Entrepreneurial Empowerment Profile”, get familiar with agile tools and methods and learn from revolutionary female role models. The interactive group work during the workshop session helps to ground yourself in who you are and what you value.
Course aims:
- Developing your entrepreneurial mindset and inner attitude: creating an "Entrepreneurial Empowerment Profile" based on your personal skills to be entrepreneurial
- Building networks and driving career options: getting access to female networks, further programs and career opportunities
- Self-reflection & daily life support: learning from revolutionary role models, getting “empowerment hacks” and familiar with agile tools
Teaching methods: Individualized Learning, Hands-on activities, Interactive group work and discussions, Peer Learning, Role models, Agile Tools
This course fits female doctoral candidates in the following phase: at the beginning of the doctorate │ during the doctorate │ at the end of the doctorate
Participation requirements: Exclusively for women
Literature: To ensure time for interactivity during the workshop, all participants have to prepare online course material in advance! Therefore, we will provide an online visualization tool. The tasks will be sent 3 days beforehand, preparation time is about 45 min.
Technical requirements: Laptop (with camera & microphone), internet access (we'll be using web-based tools such as zoom or miro)
