Beschreibung Kursinhalt:

***************************

As a scientist, you do many things that come along with high demands on your voice: you present, discuss, negotiate and advise. To increase the resilience and quality of your voice, it is important to use your voice properly. Signs of an overloading or a misuse of voice functions can be hoarseness, a change in vocal tone, breathlessness, a sore throat, or voice failure.

To find out how well you use your voice, the TUM Graduate School offers a 60-minute individual voice consultation service, carried out by a respiratory, speech and vocal teacher (B.A.), who can give you an initial assessment of your ecolution (speech technique). This includes checking the voice functions involved, such as breathing, voice, articulation, and posture. In addition, you will receive information on vocal regeneration, exercises and advice for potential follow-up action, if necessary.

Individual appointments will be available on February 15 and 24, 2022. If you have successfully signed up for this offer, we will contact you to make an appointment on either day.

This course is offered in an online format.

Technical requirements: PC/smartphone with a stable internet connection, microphone, and camera, Zoom (in most cases). Your email address will be forwarded to the trainer for organizational reasons.
