Beschreibung Kursinhalt:

Negotiations often fail because both parties want to emerge as the “winner”, and will even resort to underhand methods to achieve their goals. Unfortunately, most of us don’t know how to reach mutually accepted agreements.

By applying the powerful Harvard Method, you will learn how to prepare for and lead negotiations to create solutions that will satisfy both conflicting parties. You will be able to reflect on your personal negotiation style and find out how to improve your skills.

In this course you will learn how to
• Discover and reflect on (your and others) communication style
• Increase self-confidence and powerfully stand up for your needs
• Understand the core of the conflict
• Encourage others to cooperate
• Achieve mutually accepted agreements

Methods:
• Alternating active exercises and units of information
• Individual, group and plenary work
• Role plays
• Individual feedback
