Are you ready to take your productivity to the next level? As a scientist driven by curiosity and passion, it's essential to focus on what truly matters—your research. However, day-to-day distractions often sabotage this drive: paperwork, waiting for equipment/time/people, or getting assignments unrelated to your project.
Join us for a workshop to equip you with the tools and strategies to reduce distractions and optimize your productivity.
The workshop will focus on:
- Prioritizing (Pareto and Eisenhower)
- Automating time-consuming processes
- AI tools in research
- Delegating correctly to save time
- Process optimization
- Habit building
- Efficient communication (email, meetings, collaboration)
Your personal toolkit
You’ll walk away with a personal productivity toolkit ready to be implemented in your daily work life. Throughout the training, you will be encouraged to identify actionable insights and apply them to your own unique research context.
