The highly interactive workshop “Activate your entrepreneurial mindset” focuses on doctoral candidates who are interested in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial skills.
Goal:
We´d like to give insights in relevant entrepreneurial skills. What is different to an employee’s job? Are there differences? Or is it more and more common that employees also need entrepreneurial skills?
The first part of the workshop is a deep dive into the background of an entrepreneurial mindset: What are key factors of successful entrepreneurs and what can we learn from them?
We will also have a look at resilience factors, which enable a good self- controlling in difficult situations.
The second part is about to bring these skills and factors into life.
Main question: How may I develop my personal entrepreneurial mindset and strengthen my resilience?
The trainer provides concrete, applicable tools and methods, which can be easily adopted for daily life.
This course will be conducted online.
Technical requirements: Access to internet, laptop, camera, microphone, zoom (potentially).
