Beschreibung Kursinhalt:

Negotiations often fail, because both parties want to emerge as the ‘winner’ and will even resort to underhand methods to achieve their goals. Unfortunately, most of us do not know how to reach mutually accepted agreements. Often enough, we go to negotiations with the approach of fight or compromise. But there is another solution. By applying the Harvard Method in a simulation game, you will learn how to prepare for and lead negotiations to create solutions that will satisfy both conflicting parties. You will find out how to improve your cooperative skills.

Please reserve some time for individual homework, especially on Wednesday.
