Introduction to the course topics:

Empower talents and develop YOUR leadership style - all based on the idea of moving forward as a team. Learn about essential skills of being a successful entrepreneurial leader and discover a personal leadership approach. A workshop based on exercises that encourage interaction but also individual reflection.

Course aims:

  • Capturing your talents & unique value proposition
  • Reflecting on your motivation & passion as well as your vision as a true leader
  • Fostering self-awareness, the awareness of people around you and understand the impact your actions can have on others
  • Nurturing a sense of curiosity and openness for change

Teaching methods: Hands-on activities, Individualized Learning, Group discussions, Peer Learning, Role Playing, TED Talks

This course fits doctoral candidates in the following phase: at the beginning of the doctorate │ during the doctorate │ at the end of the doctorate

Participation requirements: Entrepreneurial mindset, Curiosity about leadership, Willingness to self-reflect, Enjoying working in a team

Technical requirements: Laptop/tablet with stable internet connection, microphone, webcam, Zoom

Additonal information, notes: You will have four hours to explore this broad topic. You will use a MIRO BOARD to ensure that you work interactively - as a group or on your own - on your leadership approach during the workshop and capture it sustainably. In between, there will be theoretical input.
