In this course, participants will learn about the various factors leading to mental and physical exhaustion and discover how to maintain their motivation and inspiration when workloads, personal strain and stress-levels are high. Participants will be equipped with the skills required to create a well-balanced, satisfying professional life and will be shown how to prevent their personal and professional circumstances from becoming overwhelming.
Course participants will examine and develop self-regulation strategies that will ultimately strengthen their resilience.

- Dealing with the imposter-syndrom
- How to maintain a balanced, healthy life:

This course will be conducted online and in Zoom.

About the trainer:
Judith Bergner holds a degree in psychology of the Ludwigs-Maximilians-University of Munich as well as an Executive Master of Business Engineering, Hochschule St. Gallen and Haas Business School, Berkeley, University of California. She has been a marketing director for the German speaking countries of the European Consultancy Networks Ltd. in London and participated successfully in the high potential program in Mumbai. She was a member of the board of „synergies“ – a change-management consulting company in Munich for small and middle size companies. In 2000, she founded skillfactors, her own company for leadership training and coaching. Since 2008 she is a cooperating partner of Schloss Lautrach, a training institute for leadership and self-development.
