The 2-day training provides you with insights and tools to manoeuver the hidden pitfalls of work across cultures. The result will be more effective strategies to deal with the ‘strange‘ or different behavior of superiors, colleagues, employees, peers or students – to get the best out of cross-cultural encounters in academia, work and daily life
