Introduction:

Science depends more and more on interdisciplinary cooperation. Creativity and breakthroughs in science need open-mindedness and out-of-the-box-thinking that allow pushing limits. Doing that is like entering a new world where you need a new language. In this course you will learn effective tools and strategies for dealing with interdisciplinary cooperation. You will learn how to make teamwork really work, and how to deal respectfully with different knowledge and insights. After this course you will be able to use different tools and techniques for consultation and moderation that were designed to work in international, interdisciplinary and cooperative contexts.

Please reserve 2 hours in the afternoon of the first two days for some group work.
